1. If you don't already have mail set up on the iPhone then click on the mail icon.

2. Select Microsoft Exchange to set up a new Exchange acount.

3. If you already have a mail account set up then click on settings.

4. Now select mail,contacts, calendars.

5. Select add account.

6. Now select Microsoft Exchange.

7. Type in your email address and the username and password for the account.

8. You can leave the domain field blank.

9. You can add a description so that you can identify the account in the mail settings.

10. Click next and after a short while it should ask for the server name.

11. If it says it can't verify the certificate then select continue.

12. Now type in your mail server external name or ip address.

13. Click next.

14. Once verified select which features you would like to sync and click done.

15. The selected feature will now sync with the phone.
