How to set up a Signature in Outlook 2007
1. Open Outlook and go to tools, options.
2. Click on the mail format tab and select the signatures button.
3. Select new to create a new signature, type in a name and click OK.
4. Your signature will now appear in the signature list.
5. In the text box below, creat your signature.
6. Click save and select the created signature for new messages and replies/forwards.
7. Click OK and your new signature is now selected.
